JK Computer Systems respects your privacy. All personal information is only used for contact and warranty purpose. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your information to any one or any third party. Your information will be used only for the purposes of:

• Send you newsletters (upon your request only)
• Complete warranty claims (may be sent to a third party (ie Kingston Technologies) to complete a warranty claim)
• Service your computer (either drop off, pick up or in house servicing)
• Ship or delivery location

Any information you give us is sent over a 128-bit encryption email address hosted on a separate server from our website. Your well being is important to us and we will go out of the way to prevent identity theft.

Information is only kept once you are a customer of JK Computer Systems, and is only kept until:

• Your warranty expires
• You do not purchase a service or product for 1 year.

Once both of the above criteria are met, your information is then no longer known. The only record of you being a customer of JK Computer Systems will be a copy of your invoice that is printed and filled for sole use of Government requirements.
