Terms & Conditions
All sales are considered final. Any DOA or defective products
will be exchanged for the same product or substituted for a product of equal
value and specifications. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and
you will receive an in-store credit for the remaining value (within 30 days). No software is
returnable or exchangeable. If the software is damaged, it will be replaced
with the same item as long as the product is brought back within 30 days.
All ink cartridge sales are considered final. JK Computer system will try to work
something out if the product is defective or does not work. We will only accept unopened
cartridges within 30 days of the purchase. Opened, modified and/ or refilled ink cartridges will not be returnable.
Any damage or misused products by the End-user will not be
returnable. All packaging, additional parts and manuals must be included.
Returns will not be accepted on modified products nor
any products where the serial number has been removed. All returns must have a
receipt and be approved. All holiday returns and exchanges will be accepted only
with a gift receipt and an in store credit will be given for the full value. No
restocking fee will apply but all packaging, manuals and accessories must be
present. The item must be in a resalable state.

product. After 30 days, the return must be dealt with through the manufacture.
JK Computer Systems will assist in the warranty procedure.
In the event where there is a price, name, description or
any other part of the website is incorrect, we are able to change the item
price. The order will not be processed unless contact is made with the customer
to explain our error and inquire whether or not the customer still wishes to
receive the product. In the event where the specifications or description was
incorrect, the product may be returned. We will assist in finding a replacement
of one that meet the requirements the customerís needs. No restocking fee will
be charged and a product will be found and replaced within a reasonable time
All custom orders that are confirmed by the customer via
E-mail, Phone, Letter are final sales. The customer is not able to back out of the
sale in any situation. If the customer does back out of the sale, the cost of
shipping and possible part of the cost of the product will be paid by the customer.
The amount to pay will be at JK Computer Systems discretion. A down payment for
custom order may be required as well as the customers personal information.
We are not liable for any data loss on any of our products. It is the customerís
responsibility to ensure that they have recent and up-to-date backups of their
